This lesson proivdes the notion that different socio-cultural groups tend to express some differences in preference when it comes to the attributes that they value in their leaders. Armed with the perspective that in multicultural schools teachers and students may react differently than leaders may expect, this lesson provides issues that effective leaders should revisit from a cross-cultural leadership perspective.
