[Lecture] Leadership in International Schools
This lesson provides an overview of leadership in international schools. This stems from a review of the available literature--which is sparse--and a study on leadership in International Baccalaureate schools conducted by Hallinger, Lee & Walker (2011). It provides an overview to the structure and growth of international schools followed by factors that challenge leadership.
